Tinker's Promise is the unofficial capital of the bulabar race in the First World.1

Geography

The tiny buildings of Tinker's Promise are built inside a massive underground cavern, and cover the floor, walls, and ceiling alike. Hidden in the unassuming halls above the city are complex techno-magical gates that, when activated by a bulabar's touch, open a tunnel that leads to the city. Tinker's Promise is lit by all kinds of lamps: bioluminescent, magical, and electrical. Water is carefully diverted from a nearby river to provide plumbing and power to the buildings.1

People

Bulabar Academy, an institute of technology with dozens of workshops and lecture halls, is the pride of Tinker's Promise. Scholars of other races are welcomed by the resident professors, as long as they have information to share and can squeeze into the bulabars' small buildings.1
