Hello again, Deathbat. Just noticed the addition to your talk page below and wanted to let you know about our "No crunch" policy here at PathfinderWiki. Basically, most game mechanics are not included, and the few that are included are put in special infoboxes. Please feel free to drop by my talk page if you have further questions. Thanks again for joining! --Brandingopportunity (talk) 22:01, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

Acid Specialist (Alchemist Archetype)

Some Alchemists have a vast variety of abilities. But to some, the destructive abilities of acid hold a particular allure. These Acid Specialists learn to create more destructive acids, dealing large amounts of damage. Even their bodies become infused with power of acid, and they bleed corrosives.

Acid Bombs- An Acid Specialist's bombs always deal acid damage. He can take discoveries to modify his bombs, but doing so makes them less potent. Any other type of bomb (fire, frost, shock, sonic, force) do d4s instead of d6s. This ability modifies the Bomb class feature.

Acid Spit- An Acid Specialist can make a special compound that allows him to spit a deadly ball of acid. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Int modifier. As a ranged touch attack with a range of 30 feet, you can spit a ball of acid that does 1d6 damage per Acid Specialist level. This ability replaces the Mutagen class feature.

Vile Acid- An Acid Specialist's acid bombs are mixed with a custom made catalyst that makes them more potent. At 2nd level, They gain a +2 bonus to damage. This bonus increases to +4 at 5th level, and +6 at 8th level. This ability replaces Poison Resistance +2, +4, and +6.

Potent Corrosives- At 10th level, an Acid Specialist's bombs deal d8s for acid damage. This replaces Poison Immunity.

Acid Body- At 14th level, an Acid Specialist's body has been infused with acid. Any slashing or piercing damage causes the attacker to take 1d6 acid damage. Lastly, the Acid Specialist can use his blood (causing 1d6 damage) to give his weapon the corrosive weapon quality for a number of rounds equal to half his class level. Using this ability counts as a use of the Acid Spit ability. This ability replaces Persistent Mutagen.
