Baptism of Ice
From PathfinderWiki
In the Irriseni Baptism of Ice, an annual fertility festival held from the 24th to the 30th of Neth, locals parade all children born during the year through the town in fine clothes. In most towns, the festival ends with a symbolic sacrifice of a child to the cold. However, in Whitethrone and Irrisen's provincial capitals, a peasant child is killed through exposure.[1]
