Braedan Azperex
Braedan "Hocum" Azperex was a stage magician and founder of the Fantasmagorium in Kintargo, then part of Cheliax. He died not long after the Fantasmagorium went out of business around 4695 AR.1
Background
Azperex constructed the Fantasmagorium in 4641 AR, a year after the end of the Chelaxian Civil War. His stated intent was to "bring whimsy and joy back to Kintargo", which he aimed to achieve by displaying oddities and purportedly magical phenomena. In truth, the exhibits' supernatural properties were either exaggerated or falsified, but Azperex's charisma and showmanship made the Fantasmagorium somewhat successful nonetheless.
However, the novelty wore off to Kintargans, and Azperex began to suffer financially.2

He sold the building to the Sacred Order of Archivists, a secret Iroran sect, as business started to falter; he continued to operate the Fantasmagorium, as the Order used and expanded upon the building's basements as its base of operations.
The Fantasmagorium itself went out of business by around 4695 AR, and Azperex died soon after.1
