The xoarian1 sorcerer Caerilant is the head of the Archive of Ages in High Ilvarandin in the Darklands region of Orv. His host body as of 4711 AR was that of a female elven monk.
In 4711 AR he was out of favour in the city and might soon find himself removed from office.2
