Merge

I'm not certain if this should this be merged or maintained as previously accurate but retconned content. The World Guide definitely established the Sarkoris Scar as a nation, so in some versions of Pathfinder it's canonically accurate to call it a nation. This reminds me of Category:Chelaxian, which was marked as retconned rather than merged with Category:Taldan. Although this is a much bigger and more significant version of it, leading to a lot more confusion. Personally, I'm 50/50 on this matter.
