Cerleccade

The Cerleccade is a rusted trapezohedron that orbits an antisun of the Shadow Plane. Only the velstracs know of its true nature as a chunk of Hell, which they dragged to the Shadow Plane during their exodus. It is considered to be neutral ground between the velstrac demagogues and powerful eremite overlords, who convene there to trade, share, or exhibit their oeuvres.
