A cloak of resistance provides magical protection to the wearer by increasing reflexes, stamina, and mental fortitude. Cloaks of resistance can be made in increasing levels of power, although this naturally greatly increases the cost to create them.1
Construction
Cloaks of resistance can be made by any magic-user trained in the construction of these types of magic items.1
