Colvaas
Captain Colvaas, of the sloop Island Wench, was a notorious pirate.
He founded a port in the Mainland region of the Shackles which he used as a base for his small pirate fleet. He was eventually hunted down and hanged from a gibbet in the town's harbour. His bones still hang there, and today the settlement is known as Colvaas Gibbet.1
