Coultharic is a female phistophilus residing in Erebus who provides meager prophecies and bland advice to patrons of Small Gods, a store in city of Katapesh, through the use of the the Black Brick. Inevitably, the devil subtly worsens her victims' fears, guiding them to pursue drastic measures. At the pinnacle of their desperation, she passes an infernal contract through the planar tear.
