The Deck of Destiny is a Harrow deck of tremendous power, with each of its 54 cards a powerful magic item in their own right. Designed by a triumvirate of norns called the Harrowing Three, the deck represents the epitome of divination through the art of Harrowing.1
The fate of the Deck is inextricably linked to that of Golarion, such that if Golarion were to be destroyed or removed from reality—or if the Deck were used to read Golarion's fate—the Deck itself would disintegrate.21
