Doomsday keys were created by the cult of Groetus to seal doors in their temples, including the Doomsday Doors. While worn about the neck it protects against curses, but not against curses that affected the wearer before the key was worn. Three times per day the key can be twisted in the air to cause nearby creatures to be shaken via mind-affecting magic. Once each day it can be used to bestow curse on an individual the bearer touches.
