Drowned Dwarf's beer

Drowned Dwarf's beer is a delicious and potent black kelp beer that is brewed in the tavern of the Drowned Dwarf in the town of Drenchport on the island of Tempest Cay. The beer is famed across the Shackles and its recipe is jealously guarded.1
