The Fiendblood Covenant is a secret Urgathoan cult in the Andoren town of Falcon's Hollow. Many of its top members hide in plain sight, posing as beggars on the streets by day. By night, the cultists conduct secret rites to the Pallid Princess in hidden groves outside of town.
