The Fiercely Virginal Order of Blessed Exoneration is an Iomedaean convent in the River Kingdoms. Its inhabitants maintain strict vows of chastity and violence toward men and practice an almost self-flagellatory regimen of physical and mental rigors.[1] In 4710 AR, impostor Pathfinder Ollix Kaddar and his priest companion Phargas donned the convent's Modesty Habits to escape a pursuing assassin, and in the process uncovered the nuns' strange devotion to the kobold known as Holy Carbuncle the Reformation.[2]
