Fluted Goblet

The Fluted Goblet is located in the ruined elven city of Celwynvian. It was one of the finest taverns of the city with the fullest wine cellar, the friendliest workers, and the most refined patrons. A circular patio surrounds three-quarters of the main floor, where wide windows look into the moldering taproom. An upper level served as a private dining room.

Fisaria, a drow necromancer, and her apprentice, Bixus, live in the Fluted Goblet while they conduct experiments within the city.
