Illemar Garmin was a wizard who targeted students of his former teacher with injury and death by repeatedly gifting a liar's well in the 46th century AR.1
Background
Between 4508 AR and 4527 AR, a series of portals to hostile planes opened in Oppara, Taldor. These incidents were connected by the involvement of a single liar's well, which was reclaimed and then regifted by Garmin to a series of students who had also learned from his former teacher, and upon whom he wished harm for undocumented reasons.1
As of 4710 AR, the fate of Garmin and his liar's well are unknown.1
