The Ivy District Council is the local district council in the Ivy District of Absalom. It is led by Nomarch Alain Always. The council is very careful not to upset foreigners flocking to the district and disturb their biggest source of revenue. The council's leader, Alain Always, is also the head of Street Performers and Actors' Guild, and the council is not above being biased in favor of this organization.
