The stern Menkha Helg leads the Ouat, an isolated caste of dwarven monks based in the mountain valley near Tar Kuata.12
Appearance
Menkha, like the rest of the Ouat, has a shaved head. She wears simple robes and sandals, weighted scarves, and bracers.12
