Pasharran is a lich priest of Urgathoa who dwells in Absalom's Undercity, awaiting orders from Urgathoa to raise an army of disease-ridden undead to bring death and pestilence back to the city.1
Background
Originally a noble from Geb, Pasharran travelled to Absalom when the Yellow Death returned to the city in 4217 AR to revel in the epidemic along with hundreds of other devotees of Urgathoa. When the folk of Absalom fought back against the Lady of Despair's Agents, they presented the lich with eternal incarceration in the Tomb of the Living under Westgate, where he remained for 50 years until followers of Urgathoa freed him.1
