Padishah Empress Rashanah XXVII was a monarch of Kelesh who reigned in the early years of the Age of Lost Omens. In the Inner Sea region, she is best known for recognizing the independence of Osirion under Pharaoh Khemet I in 4609 AR, ending two-and-a-half millennia of Kelish rule. She journeyed to Sothis to meet the Pharaoh, offered Imperial citizenship to any ethnic Keleshites who wished to relocate to central Kelesh, and extracted a guarantee from Khemet that he would extend Osirian citizenship and protection to any who wished to remain.
