Rortinos Forest

Rortinos Forest is located on Hermea, at the foot of the Altinar Mountains opposite Promise. It is home to a small community of dissidents who have rejected the Glorious Endeavor. Although Mengkare does not want them to influence the Glorious Endeavor, he is curious about their progress toward an independent settlement, so he leaves them alone. Hermean citizens only know them as mysterious people who live among the trees, and are kept in the dark about the truth by Mengkare, who believes that their fear will keep his loyal citizens from investigating what lies in the forest.
