Sanguine Cathedral
The Sanguine Cathedral is a half-flooded underground temple in Ganagsau used by Blood Queen. From her chamber within the Sanguine Cathedral, Blood Queen rules the kuru through telepathy and dark magic, wreaking havoc all across the Cannibal Isles in the Shackles.1
