Seventh Spire
The Seventh Spire is a lead-brick fortress in Avernus. It is surrounded by a moat of rusty quicksand. The ambitious cornugon Ulkruoth is the commander of the fortress. Seventh Spire's garrison consists of warmonger devils and bearded devils.1
The Seventh Spire is one of the two destinations of the hellmouth conjured by the Iron Road talisman.1
