Snowshoes of northern pursuit are masterwork snowshoes that provide additional stability and weight distribution, allowing for travel at normal speeds through normal snow; traveling through heavy snow is much easier as well. Each day the snowshoes can be used to remove all tracks within the immediate area.[1]
