The text of Lost Omens Pathfinder Society Guide p. 78 claims Tal Xtimbuo petitioned the Decemvirate to designate the Golden Barb as a Pathfinder lodge in 4683 AR, then retired to the Grand Lodge in 4688 AR. The timeline on p. 80 claims that the lodge was created and renamed in 4679 AR, and that Xtimbuo retired in 4683 AR.
