Requesting advice on actions within a page

I cannot find the original source for Iolanthe tasking the Cirle of Stones with colleting the Marsh Tower Aeon Orb, but as the top level entity within that Cirle of Stones, it stands to reason that she would have some knowledge of it or have actually organised the action. Absalom, City of Lost Omens 321–322 and 359–360 refer to Iolanthe and the Circle of Stones stealing the aeon orb from Willowsedge.
