Position

The position of Ipeq in maps from different sources differs significantly.

On Osirion, Land of Pharaohs and Osirion, Legacy of Pharaohs inside front covers, Ipeq is positioned on the southeastern shore of a bend in the Crook River southwest of its confluence with the Asp.
On the map in People of the Sands, Ipeq is depicted as lining the eastern shore before the bend.
On the Lost Omens World Guide poster map, Ipeq is depicted as being on the northwestern shore of the bend.
On World Guide 49, Ipeq is positioned southwest of the bend, in the foothills of the Brazen Mountains.

The city map of Ipeq in Legacy of Pharaohs 10 depicts Ipeq as lining a southeastern shore of a narrow section of the Crook, and the text describes it as "(standing) on the southern bank of the Crook River" 11.
