Tarik the Unclean is the ruler of the unofficial Dog's Teeth district of Cassomir. He controls the black market of the city which is located in Dog's Teeth. Tarik maintains his control using bribes to the influential nobility of Cassomir, blackmailing, and outright violence.1

Eutharic is a sneering lieutenant of the Lord of the Teeth.2
