Flag an article to request updates. Use sparingly for articles that have been made largely or wholly inaccurate by new sources. For noting unincorporated sources, use [[Template:U]] on an article's Meta page.

Template parameters

This template prefers block formatting of parameters.

reason	reason 3	The reason why the article requires updates. Example Almost all content in the article is changed by the new source.	Content	suggested
since	since 4	Timestamp for the change. Use five tildes (~~~~~) to add the current date and time. Example ~~~~~	Date	suggested
project	project	A project responsible for the change. Inserted between "to reflect canon changes" and "noted in {{{source}}}". Example by the [[Pathfinder Second Edition Remaster Project]]	Content	optional
