Timeworn

Much of the still-intact technology on Golarion is thousands of years old, and while a considerable amount of it still functions on some level, the rigors of age have left much of it timeworn—damaged, malfunctioning, or rusting away. Which many effects of being timeworn are merely cosmetic, such items may also have limited electrical capacity, while others may glitch and malfunction or break unpredictably. Timeworn items also cannot be recharged, even in the presence of a power supply.

Technologists and technomancers are capable of refurbishing timeworn technology, restoring some or all of its functionality provided the right tools and parts are available.
