Skin etc.

Thanks for your help last night with the implementation of the custom skin. I think it looks nice. I have noticed that a lot of the standard coding like <code></code>, lines preceded with a space and anything using the toccolours class doesn't mesh with the new color scheme. (The Editing Tips widget to the left as I write this is one example, as are all the TOC's on the site.) Are these editable to appear in a different color? I was thinking something along the lines of Wheat (F5DEB3) would make them stand out but not conflict. —Yoda8myhead 16:59, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

There are some new areas of the monaco template that our existing css doesn't account for and which are really hard to read. So far I've noticed the bottom of the latest activity sidebar and the bottom of the create new page popup. They appear light gray with white text. What do I need to change in our custom skin to make these easier to read with our tan color scheme? —yoda8myhead 02:45, February 16, 2010 (UTC)

Licensing dropdown list

Hey Uberfuzzy. I'm trying to edit the drowdown list for licensing options on the upload image page. I was able to edit the reasons for deletion and figured it might be a similar way, but now I can't recall how or where I did that. Any help or guidance would be great. Thanks! -- yoda8myhead 15:08, 28 May 2009 (UTC)

Infolinks

Hey there, in the last day or so, I've noticed random words in a number of articles are appearing green with a double underline under them. When I scroll over them, a popup window opens for "infolinks" that seems to always lead the the same page. Is this a new advertising endeavor of wikia? Have we been hacked? Is it local to my computer? --yoda8myhead 04:10, 7 July 2009 (UTC)

It was a small test to a few wikis that accidentally got enabled for all of Wikia. It should be fixed now. ~Joey~ ^Talk^ 04:17, 7 July 2009 (UTC)

Thumbnail resolutions

We've noticed that new images (uploaded in the last few days) have noticeably lower resolutions when rescaled than images have in the past. You can see examples of this in File:Burnt Offerings alternate cover.jpg and File:Pathfinder 13, Shadow in the Sky-Alternate.jpg. Any idea why this would have happened, and how we can improve it? -- yoda8myhead 05:16, November 1, 2009 (UTC)

The problem is known. Its a programming bug in our thumbnail system. Its being worked on and should be fixed soon. There is not anything that you can do other then wait, and be patient. --Uberfuzzy<staff /> 07:56, November 3, 2009 (UTC)
