Velixiys is an ambitious hezrou who discovered the holy Dossal of Salt and Tears among the flotsam of its destroyed bearers' ship along the shore of the Sellen River near Storasta. The relic was smuggled out of Oppara in 4665 AR by Father Basri and destined for Nerosyan to be used in the Worldwound against the Deskari. Velixiys hid the holy relic in her lair, the Grotto of Tears. For decades, she has proved unable to corrupt the relic or damage it in any way. Velixiys hopes to corrupt the holy tapestry and use it to bargain for more power in the Worldwound.
