Viglund Lyubienko is the owner of the Tavern on the Water in the Irriseni town of Dammartorp in the province of Hoarwood. He is a fat, eternally scowling man and the de facto leader of the peasant followers of Lady Tereza, one of the twin sisters that rule the town.
