Yaganties are horned fey who have candle wax and eternally burning wicks instead of fingers on one of their hands. Their capricious behavior leads them to either aid, swindle, or kill unsuspecting travelers who follow their lights in dark forests, with little rhyme or reason. Scholars believe that they are linked to the infernal duke Yan-gant-y-tan, but the fey remain silent on this matter.1
