Armored kilt
Keleshite soldiers of Qadira wear a thick cloth skirt adorned with steel plates both hanging from the belt and ringing the hem.1 This armored kilt can be worn both as its own armor and as additional protection over other light or medium armors. An armored kilt generally weighs about 15 pounds and costs 20 gp.12
