Jurisdeclaris Axenris the Third served as a judge in Ustalav. One of his most famous trials was that of Vance Saetressle, known as 'The Lopper' in 4661 AR, whom he sentenced to life in Harrowstone Prison in the Canterwall town of Ravengro, there to eventually be hanged, drawn and quartered.1
