Battle of Urfa

The Battle of Urfa in -4 AR was a border skirmish near White Pass in what is now Qadira, engaged between the Empire of Taldor and the Keleshite satrapy of Qadira. It was the result of both nations changing their borders to overlap one another, and was the first of many such border disputes in the millennia to come. In response to the battle, Taldan General Antilla Zimara ordered the construction of a garrison named Zimar near an independent city-state that eventually also adopted the garrison's name.
