Brother Fungus is the leader of a tribe of mongrelmen who came up through the Darklands realm of Nar-Voth and settled in the lower levels of the ancient orc fortress of Deepgate. He is a cave druid whose ability to communicate with oozes has given his people an important advantage in dealing with the resident orcs and vexgit gremlins who also live there.
