Cassomir Below is an abandoned city block of Cassomir, Taldor, that was effectively buried into an artificial cavern of tall granite walls two stories beneath the city as part of Cassomir's Locker.

History

Once frequently flooded by the harbor and made of fire-prone buildings, city authorities commanded the neighborhood to be rebuilt on a stone elevation. The abandoned buildings below, left mostly intact but detached from their above-ground counterparts, were forgotten as new sewers and foundations were laid above them.

Over the years, Cassomir Below became a near-surface outpost of the deeper dero city of Corgunbier.
