Challo Fignoble is a gnomish paladin of Shelyn who happened to be in the Isgeri town of Umok visiting relatives when the settlement was besieged by the Eyegrease, a local goblin tribe from the Chitterwood during the recent Goblinblood Wars. It is widely believed that without Fignoble's help, Umok would have fallen in that year-long battle.[1]
