Constellar Gallery

From PathfinderWiki

The Constellar Gallery is located in the ruined elven city of Celwynvian. This two-tiered, circular building once housed the greatest works of art of the Mierani elves. Now all the precious paintings, sculptures, and tapestries have been salvaged, stolen, or ruined, and only empty halls remain. Beneath the two circular galleries, archways lead into the central plaza, where empty marble bases show where statues once stood. Canopies of dead vines hang from the central walls, surrounding the empty plaza. Short flights of steps flank the archways and lead to the first-floor gallery. Four spiral staircases rise from the first floor to the second. Part of the second-story roof has collapsed and left the floor below dangerous to step upon.1

A cunning maftet named Hharvel lurks here, studying the ancient magic of Celwynvian. In her investigation, the maftet has discovered a number of hidden vaults beneath the gallery which are filled mostly with ancient statuary. Both elves and drow have caught brief glimpses of her shadowy form.1
