Eviana Nirgassan is the leader of the elven settlement of Crying Leaf, in Varisia's Mierani Forest. She was appointed to the role by the elves of Kyonin a decade ago, following the death of her predecessor in the local conflict with the drow.
She is usually dressed in fine clothes, with a circlet on her brow and jewels in her hair. She often wears a sword in these troubled times.[1]
