Inspired by the hobgoblins of Kaoling, General Feilong founded the Fists of Feilong to establish a homeland for his race in Avistan. Unable to gain a hold of land held by more established nations in central Avistan, they headed west into the River Kingdoms. Having established the eponymous Fort Feilong, as of 4717 AR General Feilong had not made any moves to expand the borders of his fledgling nation, but the growing hobgoblin population made other River Kingdoms nervous.
