Finnigar
Finnigar is a bard known to inhabit the Sanos Forest within Varisia.1
Personality
The bard has excellent hearing and loves to play his lute while telling stories. Finnigar enjoys drinking a dark green liquor, which he keeps in a hip flask.1
History
In Gozran, 4707 AR, Pathfinder Eando Kline came upon Finnigar on the Dry Way between Wartle and Whistledown. The minstrel told Kline the Legend of the Whispering Tyrant. While Kline enjoyed the story, he did not enjoy the fact that Finnigar stole a pair of coins from his belt pouch the following morning.1
