The frost giant Fronav is one of the most trusted vassal jarls of Jarl Gnargorak, self-proclaimed high jarl of all frost giants. Fronav is a sorcerer who is known to wield a staff of the magi. She resides in a castle in the Tusk Mountains of the Realm of the Mammoth Lords, granted to her by Jarl Gnargorak.[1]
