The great Shoanti chieftain Galstak Sevendeaths, so named because he has resurrected seven times, united the Sklar-Quah and Skoan-Quah tribes to lead a massive raid into Korvosan territory in 4462 AR, sparking what is commonly known as the Last Shoanti War. The war lasted 26 years until the Korvosan Guard killed Galstak in 4488 AR and prevented his eighth resurrection.[1][2]
