Graff is a fiendish, deformed frost giant who rules, together with an Abyss gigas known only as Ferric, a camp of demonic frost giants in service of Kostchtchie, near the Veil of Frozen Tears in Irrisen, many miles east of Holvirgang. Graff is blessed by Kostchtchie himself.
