The Horn of Lies is the musical instrument used by Geryon to spread lies and heresies across the Great Beyond. Foes deafened by the horn hear lies whispering in their minds, twisting their perception, turning them paranoid and preventing them from telling the truth or using divine magic that is not granted by an archdevil.12
