Hugen
First Harbormaster
Scion Lord of House Candren
Scion Lord Goodman Hugen of House Candren was the leader of House Candren in Absalom, with strong Andoran sympathies. He was also a member of the city's Grand Council, its First Harbormaster, and the proprietor of the Sea King Shipyards.12 He mysteriously disappeared during the unexplained sinking of his ship in 4719 AR, and he is presumed dead.3
Background
While he outwardly presented loyalty to primarch Lord Gyr of House Gixx, he secretly abhorred positions of nobility and privilege. By appointing Andoran agents to positions of power, he hoped one day to incite a popular revolt and return power to the common folk.4
Disappearance
Goodman Hugen's ship mysteriously sank in 4719 AR,3 leading to his disappearance and presumed death. His daughter Goodmiss Alidane inherited the role of scion lord of House Candren and control over Sea King Shipyards,52 while his protégé Adrielle Neprathep inherited the role of First Harbormaster.62
